Raffy Tasca

With nearly 30 years of hospitality sales experience, Raffy has built a career based on integrity, strong client relationships, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Starting as a meeting planner, she orchestrated corporate events and incentives before transitioning into sales, where she discovered her true calling. Her journey includes leadership roles at Millennium Hotels & Resorts, Krisam Group, Teneo Hospitality, The Venetian Las Vegas, and AMR™ Collection (now part of Hyatt), where she served as Regional Director of Groups for the West Coast. These experiences have provided a deep understanding of global hospitality, contract negotiations, and the complexities of corporate meetings. Based in Encinitas, CA, Raffy enjoys life with her husband, daughter, and Australian Labradoodle, Biscoff.

Mary Paz Ramirez

Partner, Midwest

Mary Paz Ramirez brings over 25 years of global hospitality experience, with a specialized focus on the Meetings & Incentives sector for the past 20 years. Known for her world-class commitment to clients and unmatched industry knowledge, she is a dedicated member of the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) Global and Meeting Planners International (MPI). Passionate about advancing the hospitality industry, Mary Paz actively contributes, volunteers, and supports organizations that drive its growth. She is based in Chicago, IL.

Pamela Payne

Partner, Central

A universally minded traveler with a kind heart and a visionary spirit, Pamela Payne blends earthbound experience with cosmic curiosity. A creative force in award winning hotels & resorts strategy, incentive travel, events, and conscious connection, she believes in building bridges — across cultures, communities, and even worlds. Fueled by a passion for adventure, beauty, and service, Pamela weaves imagination and integrity into everything she creates, charting new paths where others see only horizons.

Juliane Foltz

Partner, Southeast

Juliane is an experienced professional in the hospitality and meetings industry, beginning her career in 2014 by supporting marketing initiatives for the AMResorts Meetings & Incentives team. Working with a trailblazing sales team, Juliane developed a passion for group travel marketing, sales, and event execution. Her hands-on experience at numerous events deepened her commitment to delivering exceptional MICE experiences. Now part of the same team, Juliane focuses on building client relationships and ensuring flawless event execution.
