For ELEVATE 2026, a financial technology company serving banks and credit unions brought employees and their guests together at Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya for four days designed around connection, recognition and shared purpose.
Every element was considered through the lens of the people experiencing it — balancing productive meeting time with meaningful opportunities to connect, celebrate and experience the destination together. The result was more than an all-employee meeting.
